Day 2 - Trip to Indy

Here are my notes from the second day of our trip:

Lily tried to sneak out with the phone in her backpack.  We had to check all the drawers to find all their toys.  Got up at 7 and left at 8.  This day went a little smoother.  Marg sat in back for the morning.  The kids got a new toy bag which provided some new entertainment.
We had a good chuckle at lunch when Callum began playing with the nude Snow White having her ride the horse.  Then he announced for everyone to hear that she was pooping.   Lily asked today if she could go see her Daddy.  They do miss him.
Stopped to see snow and play in it for a bit with flip flops on in Encenata, NM.  Kids had fun.  Lots of cows and horses in Colorado.
I told Callum to tell me when he saw a cow.  He would say "there are some cows Mimi but they are hiding from you" Stopped in Limon, Co for the night.  Lily first went for the phone.  Then collected all the little bottles of shampoo, soap, etc.

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
