The Travel Trailer

After having the travel trailer in the shop for 3 weeks to get an estimate, we drove down today to check on the status. It was done, they just hadn't bothered to let us know. I hope they are quicker at fixing the problems. The total estimate came to $2800+. So now it's in the insurance hands.

John got his eyes checked this morning and discovered they can't do his cataract surgery until he sees the family doctor to check for high blood pressure or diabetes. So another delay and I continue to have control of the car!!! We got the Mercedes out for a trial run today since the floors are drying and we can't do anything in the house. Fun! But it's dusty and still has the hard top on. Will have to get help lifting it off.

Terry just volunteered his time to help you both get the top off the Mercedes. It is not like he is doing anything during the day!

That would be great.

Rats! I was going to volunteer to help! How about if I help you drive it in Arizona.... I'll try to think of good reason why that could be necessary, paige

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
