Carson's spring break

This is the infamous cartiledge piercing that Claire's wouldn't do without a parent consent.  So we went to another place that just had me sign a paper.  It was cheaper.  This goes under the category of things I never thought I would do.

We spent 7 hours in the mall!!  That's probably as much as I've been there in the past 2 years.  But it was Carson's birthday present and she also had money burning a hole in her pocket.  She got some great clothes but passed up on buying anything in the designer stores which are all over the fashion mall in Scottsdale.  The cheapest thing in one was $80 for a small bracelet.  Carson likes to look but she is wise with her money.

Carson and Jake at the Irish restaurant.  We took a walk through the Tempe art fair.  Then they walked to the park to rent a paddleboat for a while.  Grammie and Papaw got to go back to the car to search for Jake's wallet.  His flight left at 7 for Indy.  Fortunately we found the wallet back at Margaret and Erick's house.

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
