Las Cruces

Great day!  Farmers Market in Las Cruces.  Bought purple potatoes, skinny weird shaped sweet potatoes, Mexican bread, German bread.  Dinner should be interesting tomorrow.

Stopped by the railroad depot museum.  Enjoyed seeing their model trains, especially the layout built by the children, complete with a cemetary and vegetable garden.

Then a stop in El Paso to visit with Jane's sister and brother-in-law.  Also enjoyed seeing nephew Jim.  Their back yard is so beautiful.  In the sales brochure for their house, it's called park like.  I agree.  Their rosemary plant is about 5 foot high and has a 5 foot spread.  Rosemary apparently likes what they are doing to her.

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
