Las Cruces

Passed by White Sands Missle Range.  But didn't see any missles.  Lots of white sand.  Got here in time to visit book stores and hobby shops.  It is HOT!

Forgot my restaurnant review from Santa Rosa.  Western Bar-B-Q is not worth your money.  Much better ribs from Carol Horne or from Amy Meyer.  

Started reading Obama's first book.  Very interesting and it explains why he is such a good person.  His mother must have been an extradinary person.  Have three books going now - one for the car, one for the bedroom and one for the 'family room'.

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
