We had a great visit with Margaret and Gil Turpin today. We arranged to meet at the Five and Diner which according to our iPhones was in Mesa. There is now a Mexican restaurant in the place. Years ago we had a bad experience in Indy at a Mexican restaurant which involved cochroaches. Needless to say, we all looked at the place and shook our heads and said 'no thanks'. So we drove to the 5 and Diner in Scottsdale. We enjoyed sitting outside and having a long lunch and a good visit. Margaret had her appointment at the Mayo clinic on Friday and will be sticking around for a couple of weeks while she has some more chemical therapy. So hopefully we can spend some more time with them. We plan to take them to a few of our favorite restaurants around the Phoenix area.
