Sam's Graduation

This has been a week of celebrating Sam's high school graduation.  Her open house was on Monday.  Fortunately the rain held off in the afternoon so the party could take advantage of the yard as well as in the house.

Then on Wednesday night we gathered at the Pepsi Collesuem for the graduation ceremonies.  I think there were about 700 graduates.  It was pretty emotional for this grandmother.  Sam won a number of scholarships and has decided to go to Butler University.  It's a private school here in Indianapolis.  She'll be moving into the dorm in late August.  She will be in pre-med.  Did I mention how proud we are?

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
