Growing Babies

The twins had their 4 month check up. The doc says they are doing great and was amazed at how long they sleep at night - almost 12 hours. Lily is 16 lbs, 4 oz and is in the 95 percentile. She is 26" long and is 96 percentile for height. Callum is lagging behind a little in weight (he started out behind) and is at 15lbs 2 3/4 oz which puts him in the 50% for weight. He is also 26" long and is in the 90% for length. I could have told you that they were big babies.

Life in the RV park (when I'm there) is certainly different now that it is almost deserted. A few of the stragglers went to the San Tan Brewery for dinner on Wednesday (I got home early). Delicious food. We're having a get-together on Saturday at our place for the group. Chauncy and Abby like it now because they are allowed a lot more freedom. They can go to the 'desert' without a leash. They stop and greet the two remaining families that are still on the way. If there weren't a gate on the fence, they'd be out and have their business done before John could catch up with them.

Only one more week of being nanny and while it will be nice not to have the long commute every day, I will miss spending all this time with Lily and Callum. Erick's mom takes over May 4 and we'll start packing and getting ready to head north.

Jane- you need to get Margaret to set up a blog (in her 'spare' time) so you can see what the little rascals are up to while you are away!

Good idea but she claims she doesn't have time now to write in the baby book. My blog may be the only written record.

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
