Dinner with friends

Our first dinner party in the RV park.  Al and Linda (who actually live in Arizona full time) came over for dinner.  Eating inside is not an option as the dinette is full of model railroad stuff.  But it was a beautiful day and we had a good time.  Dinner consisted of proscuitto wrapped pork loin chops, garlic mashed potatoes and a salad with blood orange vinaigrette dressing.  Linda brought some home-made bread.  Dessert was banana split cheesecake.

Al and Linda share our passion for books and railroads so we have a good time visiting with them.  We met them through the book discussion group at the library.  Linda and I have plans to attend a seminar at ASU about the origins of the species.

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
