Day 3 with the twins

Here they are waiting for Dad to come home.  Mom has to work late tonight.  Callum is fascinated by his fingers and Lily is fascinated by the stripes on Callum's shirt.

I'm discovering new talents, i.e. I can rise from a rocking chair holding a sleeping baby without using a hand to steady myself with or to push up,  I can fix a bottle in 2 seconds flat, I can distinguish between cries (the I'm tired vs the I'm starving) sometimes.  I know to turn off the supper I'm cooking before checking on a crying baby.  I know it's very nice to have Grandpa come visit.  And I know that I will miss them dreadfully when I have to leave.

I also discovered that Callum does not like it when I change the toys on his play gym.

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
