Lunch with the ladies

We went to Paradise Cafe and Bakery.  A good place for lunch as we could hog a table for quite a while.  Don't know if you'd call us ladies but we had a good time.  Next time I take a picture I won't do it against the light. Carroll and Diane are in the first picture.  Carroll is leaving next week for their home in Colorado.  Paige and Diane are full timers. Paige is in the next picture.  She is the one who braved the crowds at the book sale with me. (You can read more about her reaction at weenerbagotales.blogspot.com).

It was fun to compare notes about life on the road.  We all miss being in a house during the holidays.  Not much room to decorate or entertain in a motor home.

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
