McAlpines

Had a fun time at this old time soda fountain today eating lunch and boring Margaret with our memories.  Music from the fifties and sixties was playing which helped maintain the atmosphere.  I swear the thousand island dressing on the rueben was homemade!

Then we stopped in at the Mayo clinic to see Margaret Turpin.  For having so much of her body rearranged, she looks in remarkably good condition.  Although the morphine certainly helps.  We were sorry to miss Katie and Gil.  We promised to return tomorrow with pictures after the birth of the twins.

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
