Christmas in Arizona

I snapped this shot of a 'Christmas tree' in Tempe mall.  While the tree isn't so different than one you might see in Indiana, notice the pedestrian in shorts.    Keep in mind that this wasn't a freak of nature that allowed us one nice day in December, but it's shorts weather all the time!  Except nights are cool, usually in the 50s.  While we are enjoying sitting on the patio in the evening, it's hard to get in the Christmas spirit.  Especially as I go swimming every morning.  We have lights around our trailer and hung a wreath.  Mailed presents to Indiana and am working on cards.  Mmmmm maybe a cup of eggnog would help.

About Me

We retired after years of being in the computer support business, Jane with Brulin Corp and John with Unisys. We tried tent camping but finally settled on RV living. While we are part timers now, we hope to move to becoming full-timers eventually. John works on his HO model of Ellis, KS UP railroad and Jane persues her search for used books to read and sell on Amazon. We winter in Apache Junction, AZ and summer in Indiana.
