Made it this far.  Time to visit with my sister then back to the RV to watch the debate. 

Debate is over and I'm disappointed in S. Palin.  At first I thought she was really doing well but was completely turned off by her folksy manner.  It made me think she was applying for a role in 'Ma Kettle goes to Washington'.  Or we were watching an old Goldie Hawn movie.  Just didn't do it for me but that may appeal to some.  And I'm tired of the hockey mom example.  I just want to hear what the candidates would do in the position.  How will they handle spending? How will they deal with the major issues that face this country?   Enough.  I'm off my soapbox and off to do important things like look for train depots.
